The result of two years of loving labor, GONE continues Blue Pontiac’s attempt to document the poetry of life in the heart of the rustbelt.

With eleven new compositions by the band’s songwriter, Graham Cassano, GONE features a host of special guest musicians, including internationally renowned fiddle player, Stacy Phillips; New Haven based drummer and one of the fathers of 1960s and 1970s soul jazz, Jesse “Cheese” Hameen; Ann Arbor independent musician, Alejandra O’Leary; stalwarts of the Detroit DIY and post punk scene, Dan Kennedy, Mary Cotter and Joe Nabozny; and Blue Pontiac’s regular players, Ros Hartigan (vocals, bass), Graham Cassano (resonator guitar, chromatic dulcimer), and Mike Kenyon (cello, ukulele). It will be available in the summer of 2012.
